Check out fossils and shark’s teeth from vendors and collectors then head over to Venice beach, a famous spot for finding shark’s teeth.
Balloon Sky Fest – April 8 -10, 2011 New Smyrna Beach, Florida
Cost:$5 per car, people are free (take your friends!)
See balloons, airplanes, and helicopters. Enjoy kids rides, lots of food activites, vendors, and afternoon air shows. Balloons glow after dark.

Hand Blown Glass Easter Egg Workshop – April 9, 2011 St. Petersburg, Florida
Cost: $50 per person
Learn the fundamentals of glass blowing during a 30 minute demonstration and create your own egg. Open to adults and children over the age of 11 with guardian.
Great American Pie Festival – April 9-10, 2011 Celebration, Florida
Cost: Free admission. Never-Ending Pie Buffet is $10 adults, $5 ages 65 and older and kids 6-12, age 5 and under free.
Activities include pie decorating, pie scaping, pie tin art, pie making for children, a pie eating contest, and baking demonstrations from chefs across the country to name a few. One of the highlights of the event is the Never-Ending Pie Buffet, featuring award-winning pie, ice cream, toppings and beverages.
